NPPSI was formed in 1992 by William Ayres Sr. and William Ayres Jr.

Each principal through their prior experience in the credit card processing industry recognized the need to form and develop a company that was dedicated to providing Merchants a cost effective and strategically designed payment solution with personalized support.

Currently NPPSI provides electronic payment solutions for small, medium and large sized companies across the nation, with offices in Oregon, California, Illinois and Minnesota.
